enlarging image on mouse over

We have a page by using several pictures, several that over panel, on it. I am trying to get it so once you run your mouse spanning a picture it pertains the front and enalrges a little bit. The sole thing that mixed up me was that Recent Projects I thought it turned out still loading (since this reveals to bottom out). Appearance good though. Only thing I will say is the actual Recent Projects (the " s" in projects) can be behind the border of the flash, so it looks slightly off…… bring this forward should fix that.
