need some help with forms

howdy guys – Now i am just hoping that they are pointed in the correct direction. I’m a custom made (not developer) therefore I’ve never done anything like this and need a number of initial help. Wanted your tips and feedback on tips on how to layout or exhibit home pages, (the listing page that is) I’ve always prefered quite a few information/text of some sort on the home page in regards to the site or announcement or something similar, I client i am designing for has called for just an impression and basically the particular title.
