help with resolution?? xD

Hey im pretty new to web site design but im looking to build a site for some upon my photography and i simply have two or three questions.. The initial question is.. associated with been to an affiliate site and it re also sizes it self and you also cant maximize it how ever go about doing that… The second question is my own wallpaper is 1378×824 is that this to big to become my background to get my site.. Hard time finding a decent design firm.

My company happens to be looking for a web site design firm in order to redo our blog, but I’m having a hard time locating decent designers where you do not cringe when you view their unique web site. Does anyone own any pointers on the good list involving designers. It would also be better in the event the firm is positioned in either of all these locations: Washington, MD, IL, AROUND, MI, CA, and NY. With thanks! I believe www. 2advanced. com is at CA. The questions is more how much do you wish to spend There are literally lots of award-winning design studios around CA alone.
