custom i-frame scrollbar

Hello. I need to help implement a custom made scrollbar for an iframe. I’ve viewed everywhere, searched all these forums & cannot find anything with the exception the CSS of which changes the bgcolor + region in IE just. Anybody have some sort of Javascript or CSS Hack just for this It definitely is required to be an iframe without a div, and therein lies the situation. Because of anyone that may help.

Well I posted not to long ago about my graphical expertise, and how I were required to improve them. Well I bought my chance, my current buyer runs a Artsy type of shindig. She may all goes of artwork and she loves vivid colorations. So I was looking for inspriration first off. Well it strike me easier subsequently I thought, she had a red rose at her card so I thought i would go with the rose. So with camera in mind I took some pics of stuff in my lawn.
