how do i get rid of the scrollbar in IE

now i’m getting really discouraged with IE….. i can’t seem to lose the stupid top to bottom scrollbar, even should the image width is below 780!! any tips or even trick codes or java which i can plug directly into eliminate that scrollbar -averan The scrollbar is section of the browser; you can’t reduce it. Some of the other browsers do the job differently by not necessarily displaying a scrollbar until the content overflows the particular visible area. Have you been sure you designed to write ‘VERTICAL’ rather than ‘HORIZONTAL’… as I don’t understand the situation via how you’ve discussed things. If this could be the event… Seven Hundred and Fifty 750 Pixels in width is the only sure safe price that I’ve encounter that doesn’t make it possible for horizontal scrollbars looking when viewed in multiple browsers using 8*6 resolution. oh when i learn how to get rid of the scollbar i had been craking up, it is pretty easy: Within the < body> tag decide to put " scroll=no" so it looks like the following: < body scroll=no> Now my problem is working out how to get it done with CSS i will try that, but i heard … Continue reading

revising my contract

Howdy, I was questioning about taking some things out of my web style and design contract, because I truly don’t know when it’s necessary or only will actually utilize these issues. This is what I have: This agreement contemplates scanning around 10 images with the Client. It is contemplated until this will accommodate the needs on most Clients. If more compared to 10 images need to be scanned the charge for each scanned image will be $4. 00 following on from the 10 image allowance may be reached. Web pages of more than 1, 200 words of text might be subject to supplemental fees for amplified formatting time. Many thanks Also, there’s a section on my deal that mentions what I’ll do if we requests significant internet page modification (re-design) after the maximum amount of designed websites is reached. (currently I am only doing SOME pages, but I may expect that somewhere in the project there will be Adds) So, this is what We have now: If significant web page modification is requested because of the Client after your 5 page maximum continues to be reached the charge will be $" X" one hour for each added page. Alternatively I … Continue reading

XXX

XXXXX The current site horrible! Every change would enhance it! You’ll find nothing fancy about plastic-type cutlery, but you can also make a more comfortable eyepleasing presentation involving it. SOME SORT OF simpler design (for GARY.. sake loose each of the chopping rotating imagery). An entire site is dim, and the low-resolution images adds to the low quality experience. The other major problem, is its mixture of non compatible components. There are Dreamweaver template-Flash buttons put together with low quality imagery and black wording on dark qualifications. There’s no persistence in design. Everything is usually a mumble jumble of different design elements that are poorely designed separately, and that as a result of negative synergy, increases the absolute failure of composition and also design. Make it simpler, use text and not images where achievable, make it lighter in taste in overall speech. Include a picture from the factory or development hall (not intrusive) at your house page. Make easy non-fancy direction-finding, and AVOID BY ALL MEANS horizontal scrolling!!!!!! That is certainly an absolute fantastic. Have an image beside the each element while in the order form, and loose the actual horrible default ‘table-look’ while in the tabular data speech area! … Continue reading

Should my site be more focused

My organization is currently on overhaul 3, i ‘m new to webdesign and also version 1 seemed to be basic, version 2 kicked it more in a very web design path. Now Version 3 might be close to completing the many content i want in buying it. My idea could be to have 3 pieces to my web-site, part is for web site design, part will contain tutorials as well as other resources and the final part will employ a blog. I’m kinda thinking this tends to easily become a new jumbled mess. Should i look into each part and possess a different site per one Or put them together but as that they usually are separate from each other Put all together. If you necessarily mean the part pertaining to web design to become a business, then don’t put all together. You wouldn’t decide to put tutorials and resources with a business site until they pertained by some service that your customers used solely from you. I guess businesses might have blogs though and keep people updated upon whatever goings-on might be going on. But if that is all just a personal hobby site, you could start to make … Continue reading
