I am completely lost.
I have no clue how this works. I’m trying to be able to post a tagged friend adder bulletin from my different site – in order to test it – but it isn’t really working can an individual please explain the best way I post any working bulletin with the following site

It says on the webpage: " NOTE: copy the code first in the text editor : as Notepad – then into a html code page or it’ll not work. "
I understand what notepad is and easy methods to copy and insert but those plans are confusing.
Maybe you can find someway someone might show me easy methods to create a programs that works devoid of pasting it into notepad such as this one here:

Can someone who knows please consider me step-by-step through the way to post a working bulletin This is really frustrating so it should be easy but it’s not earning a living for me. Thanks.

Absolutely no… not to have working bulletins banners at my site, it isn’t. Doesn’t mean they will be necessarily submitted on myspace. You can post them anywhere you want to.
