What software don’t you recommend for page views statistics Doesn’t topic if it cost some money or if its free. We would like something professional, of which lets me see the bandwidth, visitor’s IP and hostname (optional), which usually pages are been to often, and almost all other informations. WE use Webalizer. Not sure how you get it though, it was included with my hosting package deal. It’s no cost – www. webalizer. com best in existence since no more server load. AWstats… very best I’ve used.

Logs and Stats

Hello Just looking at my webstats as well as noticed that I’ve been getting hits from countries I had not been expecting. How accurate is that this information i. electronic. is that hit really from Finland. We’d be more self-assured if there wasn’t a big percentage of unresolved/unknown nations. Im using Webalizer that will analyse the firelogs. We’d really appreciate any advice you’ll be able to give as it will impress my boss while i tell him were prohibited getting hits via. For you information the site is for my church this is why hits from Finland are slightly unusual. id say they’re just pretty accurate.. i do believe they get the data from the regional settings on the users PC yet im not several. It depends for the ISP mostly. They’re usually very accurate, but ISPs like AOL usually throw them down. According to a lot of stats packages, almost all AOL users will be from West Va. If it affirms your user is admittedly from Finland (or a country outside the US), that’d become pretty accurate, since most countries without using the US have their own TLDs and they usually get reflected for their ISPs.

Stretching a page ??….

Hy, We are very new to this forum, and I am hoping to get a few help here (-: I was wondering how I can make an integral part of a page " stretch" in order that the whole height of that page is loaded. Therefore, I have a layout of hospitality attire table, 600 pix wider and 550 pix heigh; I now want we have an integral part of my page below that table is actually " stretched" in order that the whole levels is filled. The next table below should fill up the page making sure that the exact height to the page is reached. (that should work in a number of resolution, 1024, 1152, 1260,…. ) May this be done Thank’s Renzo Im not exactly sure what you indicate, whether you would like the table in order to stretch, or whatever was in the table in order to stretch. Web Discussion and Subscription

Relating to been working using Front Page 2002 plus redoing our businesses intranet site. We are supposed to get working web discussions and subscription. Etc the server WE put office server extensions on and was likely to configure them with all the web discussion databases (SQL Server 2000) plus subsciption stuff. Well I continue getting this same error after typing from the information about the internet discussion database. I cannot determine what I here’s doing wrong. So Relating to made a online discussion with Top Page 2002. I seems to be effective ok but the boss also would like the subsciption products on there in addition to Front Page doesn’t appear to support that, a minimum of I haven’t located any documentation upon it. If anyone is aware why my configuration from the discussion database failed please ok , i’ll know what can be wrong. I kno its wrong

(please really don’t ban me due to this post) I downloaded a test of namo world wide web editor 5. 5 full version with the animation tools, picture slicer, and webcanvas for just a free 30 daytime trial period. consequently i used this to edit the website, then following the 30 days them wouldnt run hence i reinstalled the item, but they had some sort of program or script which knew who’s wasnt initially that it was installed. So i bought quite angry and started searching the online for how in order to reinstall namo webeditor FIVE. 5 trial i found no results ; however , i came across an online site which had a url to ************* i clicked it downloaded the program and ran it while in the **********directory.. consequently its tricked this pcrogram into thinking that it’s just a fully registerd course, and im having free updates for this as well. It also has removed every one of the blocks on the trial and i will use every characteristic.. Photoshop Help!!

I’m acquainted with Photoshop but not the specifications behind it.: hmm: I loaded upward an image inside it, fairly large in space. Everything was excellent, until I experimented with inserting text. That font size possesses now multiplied!! The tiniest size 6pt now seems like a size SOMETHING LIKE 20. The 72px appears to be 200px etc and so on. I’ve tried everything; restting options, transforming options, un-installing in addition to re-installing it to be able to no avail. Anyone know what is considered wrong and how I try fixing it Respect, Frank pt/px are contrasting. check the resoluition (dpi) of one’s document… 50pt font appears dramatically different over a 72dpi image over a 300dpi image. Make a mistake sorry yeah, the many above px throughout my post above must be pt. It could also be the particular zoom setting.

.HTACCESS on a windows hosting machine

Definitely all, I used to be wondering if just about any of you knew the way to setup an htaccess type security using a windows hosting unit. it’s using Xitami to be a web server. in addition to running XP any ideas or help would be awsome. So far as I know Apache will be only server which uses. htaccess… but I understand very little. the little that I understand is that it’s Really hard to do any sort of security on any windows machine as it’s just not made to work.. not to talk about it can’t always be done. what exactly searching to do while using htaccess Just password covered files/dirs yea all I wish to accomplish is make a dir safer. it doesnt ought to be unhackable.
