Basic editor for Mac

I’m after a simple html editor that works on a Mac, where I can open a large amount of files in, to do loads of find/replace stuff. While i was using the PC, I used CuteHTML and yes it worked a deal with, but unfortunately it’s Windows only as long as I know (no assist in meee).

And so, any hints It is really just that trying to do it in Dream Weaver but not having the fastest computer on the planet is killing me. It used that they are so eaaasy…

Attempt Textwrangler from Uncovered Bones. It offers some nice characteristics and it’s zero cost. I’d recommend making an attempt it out before spending hardly any money.

If you’ll still willing to spend some cash, TextMate seems to be gaining momentum as the editor of preference (At least between ROR developers).

This differences are virtually negligable. TextMate’s excess features, in my estimation, are mostly asthetic. It doesn’t have an ftp features either (last period I checked).

Thankyou a lot, that was exactly the species of thing I was seeking! (TextWrangler, that is actually ).
