Help Desk Software?
Our business online is growing immediately and I want to buy a help desk package to make support a lot easier and also get the load off of me. I have those who can sort via it and answer the final questions so I’d prefer a system where a person can log in anywhere besides them going through all my email. What do you think the finest program is and still have you used it or had any experiences for it. Quentin Good, I’ve heard Kayako is actually good, it’s used by plenty of web hosting companies, but I am sure you can use it as properly. world wide web. kayako. com Expect I helped.
Active drop-down lists
I am just just wondering when anyone can recommend what the most effective (or only) technique of having dropdown listings that affect the other page almost right away. That’s probably not a very good description actually… To give an example, usually used at order forms and so on., when you’re asked to decide on a country a single drop-down list, the page can refresh quickly but keep all of the correct info after which the drop-down list below could have different contents depending on the previous one particular. Hence, if the initial drop-down list had been a country choose which selected england the next one may be updated to display all the counties, or places, in the UNITED KINGDOM. Formerly suffering with tinnitus learning php as well as MySQL recently and also I can’t visualize any way to do this using simply them. Is it achievable Or is it oftimes be a JavaScript function Any help can be great! Gives thanks! I’m guessing you’d need to use Javascript. You can probably find a script that is going to do what you are considering if you seek around. http: //javascript. web. com/forms/ e. g. Specifically, you are considering AJAX. But some … Continue reading

Which one ?
I am a newbie web designer, I made a web design site named cpwd in flash/bluevoda but whilst thinking about others I began never to like it for example the name stand for creative professional web design and the address can be been cpwdltd. company. uk which isn’t as simple to remember as a few of ther others I used to be looking at, anyway so Pondered a brainstorm and made a summary of more memorable name by way of example chocolatewebs (chocolatewebs. company. uk) or Zesty webs (zestywebs. company. uk or zestie. company. uk) I similar to these to because it might be easier to determine what to incorporate in the logo and one could have more name related pictures around your webblog, there are other people but i thought we would make a web page homepage for chocolate to view what it would resemble and comparing my best mate said they preffered the design of the home page on my older site, the one with the long non-memorable label. Could you remember to tell me which in the sites you imagine look more specialist and easy that will navigate also which name right out the 3 mentioned you … Continue reading

http://www.2advanced.com/
http: //www. 2advanced. com/ Recently became available with v5 of their site. DAMN. They’ve outdone themselves this time around. Ya… saw that a few months ago actually. Every couple of months or so, POST pop-in on which site and find what’s happening. Its blog is helpful too While I’ll appreciate good style, I followed that link and reprehended into this: I’m afraid this site has already failed for me (no Flash 8 for Linux). Having switched to the nearby House windows box, it appears to be pretty, but I dislike the navigation very much. Namely, main navigation is due to too many sites. POST dunno, it strikes me to be a typical pretty-but-not-so-usable webpage. That aside from the fact that many links didn’t work with me and a back corner button hack some people did only seems to figureout half the moment. But maybe which is just Firefox. yes, it’s probably designed for WinBoxen, but it’s perty They’re an enormous firm. Rumors that I’ve truly heard say that they do an analysis of one’s company before they will design, and that analysis is $15K or even so. They demand hourly, and with regard to 3 pages, it’s like 50K (I’m … Continue reading

Great idea but no idea what im doing
Hi everyone. I am particularly new to website design; I only realize very basic HTML CODE. Well the dilemma is I enjoy a complicated idea and i do not know where to begin, so i thought i’d personally post in the getting started section. So i guess i may layout my notion here. Okay, so basically I’m setting up a rating site for your game that MY PARTNER AND I play. In this sport players can battle both. What i wish to happen is personally to able to collect these wins and losses to ensure that people can see who will be the best along at the game. On this site I’d like to see people to register and have their unique accounts to being able to log on as well as see their present-day ratings. I also want to set certain peoples accounts to an admin status just for them to moderate the web-site. The main function of your admin will be get started on tournaments in which users which have been logged on can sign up for and get status points. This is how the tournament point is gonna operate. After the set level of people have signed … Continue reading

Colour scheme for new site
I’m back building a new site, and get the layout planned and created. Nevertheless, my main problem (and the thing I’m not way too good with) will be the colour scheme. You can view how far I have got here, without the need of content or anything: http: //chrisbrewster. co. uk/mm MY PARTNER AND I particularly want the actual purple in generally there, but I’m unsure the gradients job, or if your dark background causes it to become look tacky. I’m trying your fixed width and also centred layout this occassion round. You could possibly notice the left border being a bit thicker inside Firefox too. For whatever reason, the vertical line around the background image didn’t appear in IE7 (must be obscured through the other divs), nevertheless worked fine along with FF. So I put in a left border for peace of mind. Almost any ideas peeps Thanks. hey guy, same with my family. not very beneficial choosin colors but i nfind that site help guides me within the right direction. likewise got this JUST ONE from karrine (cheers btw) desire it helps Thanks, I’ll look in those. I’ve scrapped that will design though, it looked a lttle bit … Continue reading

CSS and PHP
So We have decided I need to read PHP. Do cascading style sheets talk with PHP I haven’t so much gotten into PHP whatsoever, but will the rules I established in a *. css apply to a webpage published in php Any thing which is excluded (like the actual echo thing) PHP offers no relation to CSS. PHP runs to the server whereas CSS works (kind of… it isn’t a scripting or maybe programming language) to the client. If your own PHP script produces valid XHTML, then CSS can design it. nited kingdom thanks, thats just how i needed to learn: rambo:
