Plainly were to produce a layout for this website in Photoshop and then use the Html code to make any page in Frontpage, when will i make it so per monitor the layout comes 100% along the screen in proportion As being a default setting for just a website in Photoshop is 500×600 with pixels. But MY SPOUSE AND I dont want this specific in pixels, I would like it in percents therefore it is the same per person who outings my site. Is there any way to achieve this
If you mean what I think you mean you should make your page so it can expand for different resolutions. which means you will need to repeat images and so forth.
