I have html/css based site that i would prefer to incorporate a new video on… would it be best to visit t hru display using their pieces to setup your media player I need the video to get at a now pause or stop mode at the opening and then an opportunity to just click play… and is there a method to play an image in the beginning of the film before it will begin

yea i know the basics with flash well.. i used it to generate a few websites.. not the very best idea but have done it
