welp, i’m sure html 4 actually… but for this we need something far, far different to only old html (i think).
im designing our new site and possess an idea associated with what i want to do, its just a question of tips on how to do it. please see the planning images below if anyone can aim to help me learn how to construct the construct of my style and design, id be pretty grateful:
here is the general design from the site with a couple key qualities i’d like to see:
JUST ONE: the page info (banner/contents/information entries) to settle aligned to the centre on the window weather full screen or windowed lower (faily easy to perform if the full info is thrown right centrally aligned family table cell)
TWO: bg tiled impression stays static as every one of the page information scrolls up and down (again easy in order to do)
the design of the tips entries – making use of 3 images for any outline of the info (top bar, middles bar(s), bottom bar) entry, as well as text of the entry inside foreground. the size from the text entry is defined by volume of textual content entered (the width needs to be restricted to some length)

heres a rough thought of the layout… and how identification normally build this in html (via the highest editor in the world… notepad ) but and often see, ive listed among several other design problems we need to solve… plainly use frames in order to split the site up (probably the worst solution) how will the whole page info (banner, material, info entries) scroll
ideally the answer is probably some technique of table construction allowing me to include entries to the table info with chronological order on most current at the most notable. but alas… im not fantasically clued up on the best way to solve my personal design problems, and that’s why im here!
thus, any ideas help hints tips solutions
ive resorted to dreamweaver 4 just for this so far very btw, and turned my back notepad for that min lol.
