Surely when you let a person access a record, in whatever structure, they can print it approximately they want

A common thing I know of that can do this is FileOpen Publisher (www. fileopen. com), is usually costs a reasonable bit (a fair bit an excessive amount of =-O ):

FileOpen Author 1568. 59 as well as $2495. 00
FileOpen Publisher ensures that your PDFs is definately not redistributed without your own permission. Add access controls including expiration, printing constraints, and locking to be able to specific media types.

Thanks.

If it’s just a HTML page, you don’t have easy or even difficult method of doing it short of with a signed Java applet as well as ActiveX control.

While filburt said, that the page is HTML PAGE, you’re pretty considerably outta luck. Nevertheless, if we’re talkig PDF, I believe Adobe Acrobat has very good protection schemes that could stop people via modifying, printing, and even reading the docs. Now, I’m unsure Acrobat can carry out X printouts before locking the insurance down.

You could potentially do a wrapper executable that can have its unique printer control, ; however , again, who is always to stop people via taking screen photos LOL

Possibly then… they could print to record, and use this to print TEN billion copies. Including if their printer barfs! Then they can’t print it if they have to… sounds like the wrong idea to me personally.

I’ve seen several pretty cool adobe flash utilities that don’t even allow you to do a printscreen in them… the prints show up black!

Those people probably use online video media overlay, and you will find ways to record that, too.
