Fitting page to all screen resolutions

Hi there, I use FrontPage to design.. I am having trouble determining tips on how to size my tables so that they will fix from a 1280×1024 browser. Currently my settings are generally on 100% regarding window, and everything fits nice in an 800×600 or perhaps 1024×768, but naturally 100% regarding window doesn’t look delicious in the increased resolution.
