Alternative to Dreamweaver?

WHEN I haven’t been doing lots of webdev work of late… so when this came time to help fire up fine ‘ol Dreamweaver, I realized it is completely incompatible using Vista! So I’m looking at you folks to assist me out. The things MY PARTNER AND I used Dreamweaver that I would prefer to see in my new alternative: The autocomplete program code editing feature Listing my own sites as projects Support for PHP code Cool buttons/shortcuts for my favourite tags — menu customizable in case possible I never utilize WYSIWYG feature with Dreamweaver, or of any editor as an example. The best professional training for Adobe Design Suite CS3?

I am sorry if this have been asked before, or is due to the wrong region… I am types of lost with the website layout.
