So I can code fine, but what about design?

MY PARTNER AND I guess I’m definitely not that creative people, or at minimum my innate creativity wasn’t fully realised just simply yet. Y’see, I will code a site not a problem. The problem arises with building a site look great. At the moment I have a new plain HTML page that has a small header. It’s simply a glossy black gradient having an outer glow, but I can’t visualize how to take it further. This happens a whole lot. The other issue is moving away from what I time period, ‘The CSS Look’: the theory that is angular, includes 1 pixel is bordered by around everything in addition to basic background shades, and generally seems like it’s been made by someone whom hasn’t really experimented. Pimp That Snack will be the prime example. Using other web pages for inspiration is hard because I don’t want a site to look too derivative connected with others. I don’t want something what a blatant copy regarding another popular site. Hence, I have the ambitions and my own ideas, but no skill for getting good results. So HTML + CSS, Now PHP or javascipt?

Ok, I like having technical. Filburt pronounces " it’s ACTING as a web server". Might we state of which and be appropriate It’s form of a gray area. I would express technically, if it’s not able to always be accessed by other computers by way of a URL, then it is not a web host. Just my 2 cents. I’m certainly not gonna say filburt’s completely wrong, though. Like WHEN I said, I think it’s a gray area. A gray area with computers I thought it absolutely was either " on" as well as " off"! Building a forum for a doctor……

Howdy. I’m a very new developer. My client is really a doctor and he would like to have a web page where visitors could go and save their dreams. They could write their ambitions, have a preference to let other folks view them and also not, and possibly invite comments in the doctor.
