Invision Power Board

Hello there, Recently i installed an Invision Electric power Board, http: //members. lycos. co. uk/kmdmsn/forums and when i click any website link, it takes me back to the main page with the forum. Give IE users a message to switch to firefox.

I would like to make the pretty popup which tells IE people to switch to help firefox. The best way would I accomplish that Thanks You can wrap whatever you would like in an IE conditional licence plate.
