Png problems… Green/blue background?

Hi there! I’m really new to website development. I do mainly graphics, so a client asked for help with her website once we were through using graphics. We’re developing a strange problem, however. On her computer system and on one other computer, she considers a " minty green" background behind a lot of the graphics. I don’t see it and also have had other individuals look–no one otherwise sees it. I think it’s a png compared to. gif problem, however. I prefer make use of png files because of the gif files seem to have a white edge around these folks sometimes, but we put in place some gifs along with the problem went apart. Does anyone know why this is or if there’s an easy fix It will take forever to rewind and make every little thing a gif and also replace the layouts on her internet pages. Especially since this is something I can’t personally find out if I’ve fixed!! Help with my color scheme

Without doubt everybody. I can use a hand by using color blending at my website. We are keeping the background along with the banner color has to blend better when using the background. The 3 images in a row I just made up real quick even if I don’t know anything about design. I don’t think blue goes with the background so what have to go, as well as being the middle image. We are looking for help on the colors would blend for the background and maybe the right way to blend the orange in the banner better considering the whole shabang.
