Online FTP upload?

Hello. I have internet hosting and such undoubtedly with FTP installation for FTP software like Dreamwever, Cyberduck, and so forth. I know many soldiers in Afghanistan who would like to send several rather large video files to me. The easiest way to accomplish this is FTP. Then again, they don’t possess, nor can they have the software to start this since it is usually a shared computer these people use. They can access a dsl browser. So, the following is my question. Is there a website I can use to build FTP to upload straight to my server from a dsl browser Thanks with the help. If they have a 100MB+ files so are only allowed Half an hour on a computer which includes a crappy connection then they won’t have time for getting the files for you. Image load times

Hello all, so I’m using some photographs repeatedly throughout any page, the brand new they are used they’re each displayed during there full dimension of 150×150. After actually displayed again through the page at considerably smaller size of 13×13. I currently have only 1 the full size images around the server, would load times with creation of any smaller thumbnail shots, I cant notice any difference but am interested in increasing load times because site grows.
