Need help spicing up this Real Estate site.

Formerly suffering with tinnitus asked to design an internet site for a realty business. Their original webpage is www. firstchoicerealtorsonline. com. Now i’m suppose to modernize it. I’ve obtained a basic construction at www. shawnstoppable. com/firstchoice, but I feel as if it needs lots of finesse added. My own HTML skills are generally mediocre. I should find out CSS, I think. I’m also considering implementing Coppermine so the agents own easier access to taking good care of their properties themself. Image ruins text formatting in other table cells

Hi, I have small web style and design problem that’s been bugging me for an unnecessarily while. On this subject page of your company website (http: //www. icc-usa. com/ddr3-population. asp), the second table features three images from the third column. You’ll notice which the text in the first and second columns is not really at the very top from the table cell, but is pushed down for reasons uknown. The reason being of those photos, but I don’t learn how to fix the copy. In the very first table, which lacks pictures, the text platforms in its right place. Hi, I am building an online site and I would really like users to upload a photo and possess basic editing methods. They need to edit size, word, etc. I have witnessed this on several websites and it is made in flash. Where would WE find this My business is willing to fork out but obviously a free one would become great. Thanks with the help and suggestions.
