Site dosen’t look the same in IE

Hey I designed an affiliate site in photoshop, sliced it ” up ” and put all of it into a dining room table. I open the item in firefox and it also looks fine in addition to dandy, even added quite a few rollover buttons employing some java script but next time i goto school to work on it along with open it around IE the nav club the links usually are all uneven vertically and additionally , there are some horizontal challenges. Looking to pursue a career in web design…..

Managed to get very into graphic design when i was about 13 years old and I’m currently 16 years old. I love it a lot that I want to acquire a career in them. I have quite a few questions though. JUST ONE. The only issue We have about getting a career during this field is that we won’t necessarily obtain steady income.
