Career Switch

I’m from management background but desire to switch to internet designing. I get learnt HTML, CSS and javascript but I’d like to see to get necessary skills to create really good internet websites which require knowhow of lot of technologies. Someone told me it is good to design websites with the help of Visual Studio to generate your sites appearance professional and should you be seriouslly into webdesigning you need to get MCAD.
