Can this design work in tables?

Ive been tweaking with this design for months and cannot apparently correctly lay this out with furniture. I can undertake it fine with div tags, but it really will look awful in 600×800 and can be multiple other complications. Is it possibly possible for me to get this done with tables We are pretty unexperienced i guess in relation to laying the web page out with furniture. I am implementing Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and ImageReady. Can some just one tell me how to handle it, or, even better, point me somewhere where i could learn what is necessary. What should I do with this layout?

I’ve had this format for nearly annually now. I enjoy it, and once i pulled it out today I realized how awesome it can be. Problem is, the content the item currently has was to get a site that will definately have a different name/purpose/etc. The look just didn’t fit the purpose And so, what do people think a layout like that should do What type of site do you feel it being Now i’m tempted to just allow it to be a blog design and style and give the item away to anyone… that’s my idea atm. Graphic Uploading Problem…I’m new, please help!

This is certainly my first time making a webpage and I am using Frontpage. I am aware very little, as a result, about webpages. The webpage We are making is to get a class and we have been provided having a site to publish on. I have submitted my pages and also everything is fine aside from the theme layouts. I have decided on preset themes throughout Frontpage for my personal webpages and any graphics based on them, including banners, background scenes, bullets, page dividers, and link watering holes, show up because broken.
