how does this page look, so far?
Howdy, I am planning to wrap up re-designing a mock-up with the music page to get an artist. We have attached the original mock-up plus the revised layout. My causes of the revised format: I want to help bring the images and text magnified together because I noticed once i created a version with the mock-up, text and art logos and images were scattered around the whole page as well as your eye will too many places right away. So I combined the artist’s photo and name and also centered it in the page. Then it comes with an advertisement of the artist’s newest project. I decided to feature a larger photo with the album cover as well as place it into the left, then center that also. I don’t use a problem with the position with the title and logo design. Thanks. Any concepts for improvement would likely also be allowed. Here they are. another you, with a slight change towards the bottom part of the page. Red on black is quite difficult to examine. Also, I do not see the purpose of the blurs every where. Why have content in the event you cannot understand that.

Picture pages
I do not know if this can be a right place to post this question or not although here goes. I’m designing a website and am visiting place a pic page within thumbnails. This will likely be the general visit thumb and view biger pic work. I have seen this done within two ways, you, the pic web site opens up using the pic in top of the left with a back background the size of a internet page. This works nevertheless is messy. Additional way is that pic opens up inside a page the size belonging to the pic only using now background. This is much neater. I have no idea how to generate the pic only open up in its unique size window though. I design with photoshop and develop in Dreamweaver in addition to Front Page. Which one is better to do this in Is them a setting of one of several programs or is it html If it really is code, where may i get the tag and where inside the page do when i place it Again My sympathies if this is not the right community forum but can anyone shed some light about this … Continue reading

3D Designs
I am quite new an internet design, but I’m looking to assume to another amount. Specifically, I desire to bring some bit of a 3-dimensionality to my personal sites. Specifically, I’m interested in applying fill gradients and shadows behind dining tables. I have many questions, but primarily, is the only way to do this through the use of images I have researched a bit about using slivers to build fill gradients, but have experienced little luck tugging it off. I also wonder if it can be easier to just create a full image with a gradient after which just specify the height/width belonging to the table cell. I appreciate any help the more experienced web-designers out there usually provide. For the reason that CSS doesn’t yet support gradients or even drop shadows totally, you need to utilize images. Good to find out. As a consequence, these images really should be static, right Such as, a table that has a shadow box behind it could possibly not be coded in order that the table evolves as dynamic facts is dumped towards it. Unless, not surprisingly, the code imported a different image to make up. Does that seem correct You do not … Continue reading

The magical moving image!
Without doubt all! I have just created this url and half way listed below the ‘our experience’ subscription header magically changes position determined by what browser you have. In Explorer and Safari it appears ok but with firefox it is going above the wording. The site was created in dreamweaver by making use of layers and simply just dropping text and also images into these folks. I think this would be the problem Thank you. wow… that is complicated with all the layers and ranking. simply for the fun connected with it, try altering your existing type section: <! — entire body background-color: #636366; . style11 colouring: #FFFFFF . style12 font-weight: vibrant; color: #F08A2C; . style14 colouring: #FFFFFF; font-weight: vibrant; . style16 colouring: #F08A2C –> using this one: <! — entire body background-color: #636366; border: 0px auto; levels: 100%; . style11 colouring: #FFFFFF . style12 font-weight: vibrant; color: #F08A2C; . style14 colouring: #FFFFFF; font-weight: vibrant; . style16 colouring: #F08A2C –> Hi I evolved the code to what you’ve described but this still isnt in the firefox. When you mention it truly is compicated, I dont understand why Is there any other method of building websites Ive only just started out. … Continue reading

im making a small blog
heya everyone, im making a blog that i’m going to update weekly i truly only want it to remain simple i’ve simply made this bit so far – blog. aesthetic-design. corp. uk obviously its lacking quite some images and is merely a very primary starting layout but im stuck regarding where to go after that, any advice could be appreciated! You’re likely to need to make use of a server-side language this sort of as PHP or perhaps Perl. Most likely a database such as MySQL. Subsequently, you’ll need to know how to program in the particular language you decide on. It will be a lot of work, but it appears like you want for making your own instead of using a no cost one like Wetpaint. Are you in search of advice as into the design or regarding the backend more inside design area All right. I can’t truly help much generally there, but I wanted to clear it ” up ” for others On the link you’ve submitted, I think the chief problem is this nothing lines upwards properly in Firefox. It appears as if the page was made solely for viewing in IE7 (where the particular layout … Continue reading

optimum image size for web page creation
A client will probably be sending me. jpeg images to work with as I develop a web page intended for him. What dimension. jpeg do I gather I know their is an optimal size. I merely don’t know what it truly is. Thanks. Not sure nowadays, but leading to a boom of high speed, web design magazines that i followed suggested internet pages have a < 10k sizing limit. I’d say put them from the size you choose and then include them. It will also count on how many images and what sort of content you have on the webpage……. meaning you will have to look at the download time. And then if needed, you possibly can either shrink the actual image size or optimize them. Best of luck……

Template Issues
Hello there all, I would like some guidance having a template that i’ve used to develop www. ascentsation. com 1) i would like every single child utilize the " true estate" on the suitable hand side—with sometimes tables from each of my categories—or together with more specials as well as clearance items. 2)i would choose to include a " scrollable table" for every category like which at www. fragrancenet. com regarding men’s fragrances, women’s fragrances, unisex perfumes etc… almost any, and all suggestions could well be greatly appreciated Regards, cdbrown Regarding number 2, that site provides used frames to undertake it. You can perform the same point with CSS. Wrap the part you should scroll in your DIV (minicode< div id=’something’> HTML< /div> /minicode), then add minicodeoverflow: scroll; /minicode for the CSS element concerning that div. You should give it a fixed height. It makes this content scroll besides streching the div. For ones first request, getting a little more difficult since you’ve applied a template, but not your own design. erm everyone used a structure, cant you acquire introuble for employing templates or does one mean the ones that come with dreamweaver I’m sure your a minor like me, … Continue reading

New site under construction
http: //chrisbrewster. company. uk/bush What a temporary location until Concerning everything sorted out that will give it specific to it server and sector. This can be an entirely serious project, before an individual ask. Seriously. I’m cashing in to the latest trend and going for web 2. 0 appears to be (large fonts, curved corners, short obstructs of text or anything else. ). I aren’t able to really put the following in How’s The Site, since it is really nowhere near comprehensive. Do you think there’s any improvements I can make before MY PARTNER AND I go and finish strangely off It sorts of lacks excitement. No matter the topic, that font is boring. The header is definitely pretty decent so set off that. Use some numerous fonts and possibly try a dreary font and incorporate colors in the page header style. And what’s with the " not got an account". Not proper english. Neither of these links work. Usually its advisable to have an thorough site that will display before applying for feedback. I learned the fact that hard way too! Rather a distinct segment market dont you consider! I’ll second within the font, is it tahoma Also an … Continue reading
