I’m building an innovative site and if i was to utilize " frames" I can do it for the reason that I took some time to learn structures but now I recognize that " frames" may be a no no. I’m sure tables, but now MY PARTNER AND I hear tables really are a no no……. lol I want to have a site where I use a header, footer, nav on the actual left and main content in the middle between the header and footer.
