Designers Block or Designtardation?

I am either facing that longest period of designers block and also a mild model of retardation. Or perhaps it really is just a personalized issue Maybe, together with your help, I can certainly figure it away. We have had my website for years now it was always my intention to create it up as being a portfolio and showcase site that showed well when a good employer found the idea. My biggest problem, is that I turned into my own headache client. I can’t find out what I want. WHich positioning, STATIC,ABSOLUTE, RElative, or fixed

i would like to position 5 div boxes in which I want them within a div box. To achieve this I am suppose to utilize top, bottom, remaining, and right. Next time i do this, the box never comes as I would like it to appear.
