How would I lay this design out onto html?

I’m having difficulties on the place to start cutting this format I designed with photoshop. I are interested to take 100% with the web browser look at, regardless if consumers are viewing in 800×600 or 1024×768. I designed it 750×600 now I can’t figure out how to cut it and also lay it out there, specially with that mascot(the shroom like character about the right side with the image). If anyone right here has time that will me out We would highly appreciate the idea. Thanks ahead of time!
