What KIND of web developers are in high demand..or will be?

What prompted this question will be the program Ruby, which to me appears to be so complex which I’ve felt at ease with my understanding of Actionscript, CSS, HTML PAGE and Javascript. Also, I have a robust desire to find out about Actionscript, CSS in addition to XHTML. Since Ruby is PHP it is just a whole different pastime and now I am just deciding whether I should be able to program in Dark red or face appearing shut out by means of companies or remain faithful to what I understand and what I love.. the basic " 4 Food Groups" connected with online development. I prefer using CSS mainly because I’m a graphic designer at heart.. heavy programming like C++ is not for me, however I don’t would like to limit my marketability. Learning Actionscript is great given it goes hand in hand with the movements graphics side regarding Flash development, another enjoyable skill. [Complete n00b to web development] Need suggestions on how to code this mockup ..

HOWDY guys… Well We have a little part-time selling thing happening as a pastime, and I’m wanting to make a really basic web page through which customers can indicate which items they need to buy, and what custom options they demand for organizations options.. As they are making selections, an overall displayed on the best side keeps changing of showing the update total cost depending on the options selected with the user.. So its kind of like what you view on custom computer building sites where users select selections to customize its machines.. In the completed the user gets into their email address inside a box and clicks on a button, which sends me an email with the complete configuration chosen because of the user so i always can examine the idea.. I need beginner’s tips for my site

My information about HTML is incredibly basic and probably out-dated at this point. I was taught martial arts training of HTML after i was very youthful by my elderly brother. I was a young boy, about 8-9 yoa and made sites about Pokemon, DragonballZ, like a hobby on computers like Angelfire along with Geocities. This was in the late 90’s and at that point, I believe especially for my age my perception of HTML was advanced. Unfortunately I didn’t keep up with the pastime, I’m now 20 years old and I’m trying to find back into the item. I plan on starting an online site, gradually learn martial arts training of search engine ranking, Google Adsense, etc and attempt the long journey of trying to make some profit to supplement the income and university tuition payments. The situation is the fact that I want to have the site installed and operating regularly due to your seasonal aspect regarding my websites matter. I realize building an internet site is a longer process and especially in terms of building traffic it could actually take a very long time.
