Definitely everyone newbie these. I got the design down pretty effectively in photoshop, and now i’m learning dreamweaver. Im in college and I would like to start a smaller t-shirt design compnay. Template for Networking Site?

Greetings there, i’m new to web site design and i’m attempting to start a networking site where people can subscribe and have their own bio page, etc, and be searchable therefore to their talents which they subscribe with. I’m good to edit around Photoshop and employ CMS, etc, but we need a template to begin with me off, i do believe. I’ve looked through several, but didn’t genuinely have one jump released and grab us.
