You’re still heavy on tables and use it in your header, which in turn sounds funny, consequently… either a) handcode your own sites (something almost all clients expect you to do) or b) don’t use it in the header. Lose the validation tags, a small number people will care, plus you needs to be using XHTML, not really HTML. Your logo banner isn’t horrendous, but it is not great either.
