How to add editors to IE File–>Edit With… (& maybe Tools–>Options–>Programs)?

Howdy everyone! I am having fun screening some cheap/free HTML CODE editors. Some ones have very convenient WYSIWYG for croping and editing my little personal webpage. … NONETHELESS no support. So I can not figure out how to add them for the Internet Explorer cell phone toolbar. I. e., every time I join a brand new forum or something to include on my little Webpage, I need and therefore go to my little Webpage using the Explorer browser—then opted File–> Edit Along with… and choose the editor. I obtained this to benefit HTML Kit, and not for TSW Webcoder—or even for an old version of FrontPage Express that i managed to down load. Hi there folks, I’ve got an individual interested in incorporating a live webcam feed for their barbers shop site.
