Help; Trying to design a cooking website

My business is trying to style and design a cooking website (although My business is a newbie during this). I was wondering if there is a template or even a " widget" that will help you do something in this way: Materials (in bold) product or service here product or service here product or service here plus much more spaces if needed Instructions (bold) information here Baking times (bold) information here As well, a place to be able to insert a photo in the top. Then it creates something that looks akin to a recipe card and then inserts on a web site page. Can there be a program available that does this or a template – does any one know You first find or produce a " blank" recipe card as an image (. gif. jpg or. png). Something similar to these: http: //images. the search engines. com/imagessvnum=10& um=1& hl=en& q=recipe card& btnG=Search Images In that case, it’s a issue of using CSS type sheets to formatting the layout of each one card, and PHP to dynamically produce a card from a new link. This technique, you may not have to produce a unique page for each card… they … Continue reading

Recipies. Anyone do them right?

I’m in search of a site which will let me search across numerous recipes by ingredients, pick recipes and be able to print out the many recipes and a grocery list. Ideally, it would lookup other website’s directories of recipes so that you can harvest more details. Possibly there is any website or perhaps software (mac) in which does this there should be a website which includes recipe collections. maybe you have searched google oh theres tons of places with recipies. I haven’t found any who have a large enough database i always feel like I possibly could really sift via and be astonished, certainly nothing I’ve found that spiders other places as well as organizes a grocery list. All I could think of can be subscribing to a web based database (either free or to get a fee). Such as this: http: //www. cook-books. com/ You’ll find millions of formula sites, so scanning these folks would be impossible. Yet another thought… Buy a DVD with millions of recipes and place the data alone server. Because of this, you could help to increase it (and remove any) once you want. You should be in manipulate of it, also , you … Continue reading

Starting Home Intranet

Howdy guys, I’ve been right out the game for some time now, but wanting to spice up my personal home network a little bit. I’d like to begin a little house intranet that such that i can have my own DVD library on hand always, recipes that I’m keen, etc, etc. Eventually I may share my music and try a dynamic DNS service and therefore access this data anywhere. So, maybe a little an excessive amount of information, but I’m thinking about doing a common WAMP setup. I used to be always under the particular impression that these types of softwares were usually standalone, but a friend mentioned that you could download bundled offers. I did a fast Google and found a plethora of. Long story short, what are some of the more popular WAMP bundles Reasons Am POST better off installing them all separate Is there a larger community for another than another (I am in search of free open-source). Direction, if anyone includes any opinions on how I should established my server, I would appreciate it. Thanks considerably guys, That can be done some incredible stuff with a Linux home equipment, which is what exactly I use. If … Continue reading

Graphics. Done. Now, can it work?

I’m doing a new website (my first in Ten years or so). Concerning determined my design and style and how I’d like the site in order to function. However, I cannot to the life of us find any information on how to make it work began seeing I want. Frankly, I’m not sometimes sure if it depends with my confined knowledge and features. I’m using Dreamweaver (unless anyone features a better suggestion) to make the site, hosted as a result of GoDaddy. In the particular attached file, you can view the layout involves three vertical columns. I’d like the best column (avitar header & gold background) to keep fixed, as I want to add navigation along with other links within the particular gold area. Inside the second (white) column, I would like content–blog posts, photographs, recipes, etc. –to often be scrollable (without truly showing scroll bars, if possible). I’d also like that section to have got a fluid width for compatibility/viewability by a variety of browsers and/or coomputer sceens. The third (small, narrow) section would likely remain fixed such as the first. This is my second problem. I don’t need this layout to acquire a separate backdrop color or image … Continue reading
