Rule / ruler that measures Pixels?

We now have just begun designing some websites and since we print out our designs for our web developers to create this sites we thought that it might be handy if there seemed to be a rule/ruler that will measures Pixels to assist them. Does any one else think this may be a good idea Will there be one already available Would any web designs choose a ruler that options Pixels handy whenever they are designing his or her websites : vintage: Well, I don’t believe one exists, just because a pixel is an unit that exists only as part of your computer. It machines accordingly to paper. What I do is utilize a special template. I’ve made a strong image containing your blank space which has a complete ruler around it, plus many extras like " that 760px mark" in addition to " average early screen height".
