Problems viewing website using internet explorer

Hi all we are new here in addition to new to website design and need many expert advice. I currently working on a business card form of website for this fathers business and i will be having trouble viewing coursesmart using internet explorer visitor all objects ( Banner ad text and layer etc) appear beyond place the banner appears to the left hand side in the page and the text along with other objects appear to the right hand side belonging to the page ( if that is sensible ) where they should all be centred. trouble with swf slide show
