Help with tables
Hi there, I am pretty new to web site design and only discovered HTML within the last week. I have read all the tutorials and understand HTML well in this article and am getting better at JSP and php making sure that I can eventually build a dynamic site. I’m using Dreamweaver to accomplish all this and also am having quite a few trouble. I need to generate a horizontal table for the top and a couple vertical tables upon both sides considering the body of the site at the center. My problem will be; the side stand does not wish to have anything next in order to it. The type promptly starts below that table and typing directly into above it only ends up with the table moving down the page (keep in mind that is in Dreamweaver). I determined I could handcode all-around this by building a giant table within the syntax: HTML: < STAND BORDER=3> < TR> < TD ROWSPAN=2> links< /TD> < TD COLSPAN=2> heading< /TD> < TD COLSPAN=2> body< /TD> < /TR> < /TABLE> This is fine to get a simple homepage, but I desire to implement a news posting system at the center with … Continue reading

I shall explain I will be creating a site using Dreamweaver plus it has a table that is spilt into one collumn with a rowspan of A FEW, then the 3 OR MORE rows down the middle, then another collloumn just like the first. Concerning set the straight alignments to best. I insert a new gif I notify it to float left and clear in css. I then look at put some text using a heading tag as Relating to a css class with this tag and My business is horrified that your text drops below the picture, what I would like to know is am I doing something erroneous… If so you need to help. You would do better for you to post some program code. Though I’ll discuss that using platforms with CSS, together for layout, can give… Strange results. Ok now Concerning another problem Relating to sucessfully done what I need to achive (pic attached) but now your website looks great with IE but after i preview it with Firefox (pic attached) … Continue reading

Overflow Text Question
On the website I just recently established Im having issues with the text overflowing while i look at it with a laptop. I place the website together inside Dreamweaver. When I examine the website over a laptop the text paragraphs encounter each other and over main part with the website. Also, the text is usually unusually large on the laptop. Does anyone know why this issue is occurring Recommendations the code I’m using: < td rowspan=" 12" valign=" top" bgcolor=" #76808E" > < fashion type=" text/css" > system font: 11px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; div#content wider: 324px; top: 700px; padding: 10px; national boundaries: 1px solid greyish; backdrop: #76808E; < /style> < div class=" style14 style1" id=" content" > < p class=" style12 style4 style5" > Regarding Space Clearings< /p> < p> < course class=" style12 style4" > Cleaning your home keeps the space enjoyable to measure in, maintains health and wellbeing and provides the relaxing atmosphere. p> < /div> < /td> The definition of all those " styles" style12 style4 style5, or anything else I’ve never heard of classes defined prefer that, and where complete those classes occur That’s how To never use Dreamweaver! It lists the styles as numbers after … Continue reading
