Beginnning website question

I’m not a professional wp website designer by nay indicates.. And I have never purchased a domain (I applied tripod’s free service before). So We’ve a few concerns before I commence building this webstie Patient " hired" to build. (The person realies I’m not only a pro… but they’re fine with all the amateur stuff towards the seen me perform before)… a)I need an online hosting service that is certainly cheap, but enough to deal with say…. 10-20 mb total ultimately. He has about 24-30 pictures that can be enlargable (to about 600×800 MAXIMUM) and some basic business data. The traffic won’t be veyr high each month. MAybe 30-50 people at its busy.
