How to make a page proxy icon?
I am new to all these forums, so I apologize if this have been asked before. Used to do a forum seek out and couldn’t come across any info. SO anyway, my question is secure implement a web page proxy icon for your site I made a little bit icon I want to use, but I have no clue how to get my a way to show it. Promptly don’t know, a page proxy icon is a little icon that may be on the left on the page’s URL with your browser’s URL icon. For example, this site’s internet page proxy icon is often a little " W" in the circle, which you will observe for yourself currently by just taking a look at your URL bar with your browser. Any help on easy methods to implement one of these brilliant would be loved, thanks! And apologies if that is the noob question. In the event you search these user discussion forums for " favicon" you’ll find several threads that explain this.

I’m designing a site for a school and have several pages using text explaining things like admission process, front door requirements, etc… This question is, there has to be a way with regular html or css to possess the user click on a link and display the relevant info in a different column Illustration: Student is around the Admission page along with the left vertical url bar displays the links: Admission Process Front door Requirements Enrollment FAQ ect.. Is there the right way to display the individual text per subject in another column without linking to your separate page Once they were looking in the Admission Process and licked on Entry Requirements, the Admission Process text would disappear as well as Entrance Requirements would appear. I want to avoid PHP, ASP, ect, so that the consensus says it can not be done with html/css then Let me drop it. Would server facet includes be a possibility If so, how would I do that Is my question clear If you have anything else you would like me to explain please let me know. Thanks before hand, Gage Make use of an inline … Continue reading →

To JQuery .load my whole site or not?
Hello, I have 2 ideas to the design of my site. One functions JQuery’s. load to place each page right into a div without reloading the complete page. The other reloads the entire page to get the content. I will go into additional depth on the ideas and then please give my home your opinion for a designer and/or web traveler. Option ONE: JQuery This would certainly load index. php while using header, left list, and main written content. As links are pressed from the left menu the primary content is supplanted using JQuery in addition to only that sections is reloaded. Using this the url bar always stays from index. php since only the content material section is up-to-date. Option ONLY TWO: Full Reload This would certainly load index. php while using header, left list, and main written content. As links are pressed from the left menu being full page would end up being reloaded and replaced using the new page. Using this the url bar would change from index. php to be able to newpage. php. Thank you to your opinions and responses. SkaFreaks Method 2, with Selection 1 as… effectively, an option. Everyone and anything would see … Continue reading →
