Looking for a Free, Solid, Video Player for Site

As the title suggests I’m interested in a free training video player for my own website and appeared to be hoping somebody might be capable of recommend. I would as being a lightweight player that is easily integrated in to a webpage, the container most effective for you placed in is 560px by 560px. Video display? Youtube alternative?

Hello there, I got wondering if any one had experience by using on-site video players. I’m sure that displaying video tutorials via Youtube add is fast, easy, and comes mounted with options. Best of all, people don’t should mess around in addition to install plugins/codecs… all they are required if Flash. Nevertheless, I need something which can be hosted on-site.
