My website no longer displays forms and images, just code

I became working on a website, uploaded it, worked fine with regard to months and out of nowhere 2 with the pages just began displaying the code while in the browser. I dont know if it is a simple fix but for anyone who is interested you can go here. the website is: www. polygemdesigns. com it is my moms website i got working on pertaining to my webdesign course. thanks, paul. transfering code from dreamweaver to site.
