Inside PHOTOSHOP CS3, while i save for Web/Device the actual animation ignores all my delays!!
Has one have any idea why could it be doing that

AFAIK Photoshop CS3 functions Flash for animations therefore try use Flash from the animation and simply use photoshop intended for images.
