best way to archive last years pages in my site

That is almost 1 year for me having my internet site. I have some things I’d prefer to save from 2006. Calender. Conjunction posters. Baseball totals and games. Theres some events that happen yearly i want to save the years before information. Anyhow… what is the most effective way to archive the particular info. I don’t need each of the graphics and such junk while in the archive. Only the data. I don’t need to make aall that archives available via every page while in the site, just through the page it is around. Like the new calender could have an archive link to venture to the simple version of the last years calender.
