Layout/Design Help

I’m struggling to design a site while using following requirements: 1)colors — bold blue and red 2)Logo — see upper right of attached photograph. Unclear if this is the right forum or even not, but… My website node has email in the process, but it’s rather shoddy. Infact, it hasn’t worked for some days now. Does anyone discover how I could utilize my email address using a different SMTP/POP3 or maybe a free SMTP server I could use to deliver mail recieving mail seems to figure ok… thanks for just about any help. – Chris.
