Am i allowed to include information with a specific company/business, or am i going to need to contact them first I have found information on the net that is okay personally to use, but must need permission through the owner (The information were talking about is actually opening times, correct, and so on). Help with text please..

Im making a site for my band. Im making use of photoshop and dreamweaver. MY SPOUSE AND I dont know significantly about html. I made the complete site out connected with tables..
