Best Forum Software / PHP vs CGI / search friendly URLs / etc.

I have just visited www. TemplateMonster. com. I was surprised to discover a totally new style and design there. Through the ICQ discussion with a number my friends: too patriotic (pro-American), quickly loading, impact about usability. As for me it appearance nice; more business enterprise and, get much about usability indeed; I’d an impression of which it’s Jakob Nielsen putted towards practice!!!
