Acconts available for payments?
People, I would like to accept bills through my website. I can only find one commercial lender where I live who’ll offer a program where funds usually are transferred directly to my banking account, and the deal they’re offering is not so attractive! Surely there are companies who will allow getting some sort of business account being set up, in return to get them accepting mastercard payments on tier I’ve toyed with the thought of paypal, but assume this may be a bad idea as they can be inconvenient for the prospect. Almost any advice I’m not visiting lie: it’s gonna cost you to take payments through an internet site. I’ll let others reccomend some good payment gateways as I lack any experience by using any. Professionally I use Paypal along with 2checkout. com With 2checkout you possibly can accept all major credit cards. They have any $49 set-up cost. Paypal is great for people that already use paypal (which is a lot of people). My sales usually are about evenly break between visitors exactly who pay by paypal or by mastercard with 2checkout. I think it might be wise to offer your visitor a decision. I’ve used worldpay before … Continue reading

Struggling for ideas on design
We would just like to learn what some of you choose to do to get creative and think of ideas for web site designs I struggle on this a lot, I’m more of the left brain programmer variety, but would really like to get into design. I like to see photography, and see how I can take a picture and change it into a banner for any site, and then let the form take off after that. A lot of people prefer to visit Template Enormous to view several different designs and gain inspiration from there. I’ve realised not to ever under-estimate Mind Roadmaps… one thought ends up in another. " Finaly there’s nothing new, almost everything we create is done before only in a very different way. " – Don’t always expect to set-up a revolutionaty layout concept etc. ie, All layouts are composed of grids consisting of columns and rows, it just depends the way you structure, define plus shape them. Go look into it your 5 most liked websites (in stipulations of design) exactly what makes them very good and why, then impliment some of the people ideas in your personal work. Nevertheless, just a start out. … Continue reading

Web Tools
Usually there are some tools that I’d like to add to my web internet site, namely a password gate, e-mail form, vote casters and also a mail to a pal feature. A colleague advised me to see bravenet. com – which often certainly have precisely what I need – has anyone below used their products I assume for these free tools you will see pop ups appearing Any further advise on how best to feature these features could be much appreciated. Nicely, their are portal systems that could have such moduals integrated. http: //phpnuke. org/ can be one. These are generally all great starter projects in case you wanted to discover a language for instance PHP or ASP. Usually people submit here asking how to create Amazon. com, without having programming knowledge. But these are usually some smaller (and easier) projects that would have been a good introduction with a server-side language.

Hi all, The particular website my consumer can’t access is definitely: www. lindahuntantiques. com – he can only access them when he styles in http: //lindahuntantiques. com I know the two would be the same and theres no fact that the www. — my computer is usually fine with either address. What on earth is wrong with your clients computer (if anything) Ive told him to keep trying. Cheers. Did you adjust the DNS adjustments any time in past times 2 days If you are, your client’s ISP continue to hasn’t updated its copy and so will have to wait for this to propagate. Hey there cutie, thanks for the actual reply. Actually he simply just emailed me at this point saying he was while using the Nokia 2210 cellphone to view the particular page – thats prob the key reason why it wasnt listed properly, hes about to try on her laptop when your dog gets home. 99% of the time, if you are able to see the site as well as a client can’t, the challenge is somewhere for their traceroute. They sometimes have a server timeout, a new missed hop, something similar to that. I usually explain … Continue reading

Site Redesign Mockup – Round 3
Well it’s returning, my attempt at wanting to redesign my website; part twois. online world. fmdstudios. com/Redesigns/index. asp Often be Gentle. Might we ever often be anything but gentle The design iself is wonderful, but the blockiness and size in the body text is actually what really places me off. I’m also not thinking about the header tags you have to be honest, perhaps lowering the actual font size general, and adding spaces towards your headers would enhance it, Sure, I see exactly what you mean; the text may be a little block, I’m unsure why I decided Geneva tbh C Verdana may possibly be better WE suppose. As for that headers I plan to get rid of the Trebuchet MICROSOFT and replace it using a much more elegant TypeFace. Thanks for that feedback justlivyalife I’ve attached a number of images showing conjunction problems… For anyone who is customizing the W3C switches yourself, consider using a bitmap font as well as a cleaer choice, becasue it’s challenging to read. Everyone idealy need far more white space all around left-side content obstruct, it’s too bunched togeather. The leading header image (green one) looks some what dull & corny. Unless you place … Continue reading

What are my options?
Sorry to the extremely vague and noobish post, but where must begin I have a couple of sites i wish to streamline. basically seperate my personal data from the structure, and my personal structure from the design. At first we were certain that the perfect marriage would provide html + css + xml. How wrong we were! Said streamlining could involved using HTML to view a basic xml file for those of my website’s data (news, updates, so forth). Little did i know at that time, mozilla does not really support data islands, and thusly the idea was taken all to heck (as 50% and up of my viewing audience will be mozilla/netscape users). Really the only solutions i have realized have involved javascript hacks and extremely sophisticated XSL processors that appear to nullify the first intention of always keeping my sites straightforward to update. I just want to update a text(or whatever) record, then upload them to my site. This is a tremendously simple sounding trouble, and coming at a programming world, i can’t comprehend why it isnt simpler to accomplish. Therefore, before i draw what little hair relating to left out, i found yourself in you, readers with … Continue reading
