Application using PDF?

I’m making a software for employment to get put online, plus my question is actually: can a PDF be used and also sent directly to be able to an e-mail handle when submitted I recognize that when when using the cgi for e-mail that just puts it in the format < fieldname> < userinput>, so my other question is: is there how to format the output for the email so it results in a nice layout with the application questions Regards!
