placing an image in center of window

Otherwise find a totally free WYSIWYG HTML editor on the internet. There are a lot of them Dream Weaver is very much the quickest to master and is better than most some. So go to macromedia’s site and download a trial version. Applications don’t make good sites. People create nice sites. I do think I’m nice HTML DOCUMENT is nice: basic: learn it! Truly tried usin WYSIWYG editors, but I always wind up using things like editpad lite or maybe notapad… do make an effort to learn html, it will really help! Just want scrollable text in a layer on top of a image in DW MX

Im using DW MX and Concerning a image I edited with all the " map edit" kind feature, then i approved a layer and put it over the desired part, but i cant learn how to have the wording scrollable, and clear to determine the picture beneath it. I just dont know the direction to go.
