Let’s pretend I am creating a fan website related to Robert De Niro. I want to dynamically display any headline around the Young Don that appears on the internet.
The best way that pops out to my advice is to utilize Google News. On a daily basis new headlines matching the key word " De Niro" will be posted to Yahoo News. There is a service to send out an email whenever new headlines are usually posted. One possibility could be to have a script on auto-pilot read these emails, extract the head lines, links, and synopsis belonging to the article, and screen them dynamically at my page. I could truthfully have this script run every day, or maybe perhaps everytime a Yahoo News alert is sent to my inbox.
(The postings, by the technique, are in a typical format: Headline, Origin, Short Synopsis, Website link. So it wouldn’t be too rigorous to extract the info there. )
It seems like there should be a less strenuous way though! I’ve seen many sites that have headlines about a particular person, or an individual subject, so maybe they know other ways that I really don’t. I also can see pages that have google data embedded in them, so maybe there is an easier way to help display Google News web advertising.
Those who have any knowledge/experience using this, I will always be forever grateful to your help! Thanks.
