Yes it is all flash. Something not at all hard to do.
If you want a more effective internet site (one that empasizes written content over effects), feel free to use something like Lightbox. The search engines it. Or, seeing that I use mootools, employ Slimbox. There’s a new sample there as well, to see the effect you’ll have access to.
When you produce a site completely together with flash, there is bit of chance any search engines like google will understand precisely what your site is focused on. Human can read the text embedded inside flash, but not optimization spiders. So, if seo is part of the plan, I’d recommend transferring gear and redo your website with html in addition to css.
