Im looking to create a basic website that should allow people to join and follow any newsletter or check out contests which can assist me grow the database.. if you will give me any leads to make this additional easier please tell

you could potentially however accomplish this which includes a pre-built CMS ( subject material management system )… that has every one of the functions already built for yourself….

Or even CMS, then it’s important to master HTML plus CSS, and become proficient at JavaScript, PHP, along with MySQL. (the last two are in making the database work). Thus, as Webby said up there, complement the CMSs.
